Nicci, he may be "big boned" but for a long time he had a spare tire large enough for a rigg LOL. He has "grown into" his 247 now. Now just to get him onto an exercise plan.

Kim, if he doesn't start toning up, I'll be packing Echo and Piper's "jolly balls", so the girls can come stay with you for a bit. They'll get that Princess moving! Being his sisters, they can be as bossy as they like! If they fail, then his *little* Dragonfly can stay with you too! Can you imagine how quiet MY house would be, if those three ladies were to move into YOURS???

Hey Liz,

Can you post some pics of Emmett at different stages, with his weight at that age?

Here are a few more of Emmett.

The first one is 5 months and one week, 95 #.

The second one is today almost 8 months, was 160 # last  friday.

He actually fit the chart untill about 4 months.

Sangria, in the picture above with Emmett, was 100 pounds at 7 months.

Well, our babes were below this chart at 8 weeks and are now right where they are supposed to be - except reverse.. Sister is about 65 pounds at 4 months 1 week and borther is about 60 pounds - although now that we've got the rock snacking under control he's gaining on her ;-)

pictures?

Didnt you know...... rocks build big muscles!  George told me so himself.

Duke is a huge fan of the chunks of wood in my mulch.  Doesn't seem to keep him from growing though. He just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

Dudley was 23 lbs when I brought him home at 8 weeks old. For the first few months he would put on 20 to 23 lbs a month. He finally slowed down at about 9 moths old. We went to the vet this past week he weighed in at 190 lbs at 11 1/2 months old. He is a big boy. I wouldn't consider him overweight just massive.

Very interesting to see this chart!  Where is it coming from?

From what I see, Maddox was WAY bellow the normal weight when he came home at 8 weeks old, he was only 16 pounds (yeah, no kidding, he was sooooo small).  But, in a month, he reached the normal weight and sayed straight on it till his 15th month, when Lily leaved for a month, he stopped eating.... when she came back, he ate for a week and now, she is in heat so, he doesn't eat anymore!!! lol  so, at 18 months, he is just 180pounds.

Lily, on her side, when she came home, she was already 28 pounds (hard to make her travel in the plane's cabin where the weight is restricted to 20pounds!!)  but, after that, between 6 & 10 months, she was really tiny... probably between 5-10 pounds under the normal weight.... now, at 13 months, she is 155pounds!!

I guess, it always depend on the dog, the lines, the exercise, the amount of food served, etc....

Mine were pretty close.....Triton was 29lbs at 8 weeks when I got him and is now a lean 227lbs at 7.5 yrs old.    And Kodi was 38lbs at 9 weeks when I got him and is now a lean 225lbs at 4.5 yrs old and is still filling out (he's a Moon son and takes a long time, lol)  Here's some pics of my boys taken this last week.  The fawn is Triton and brindle is Kodi.

We just got back from the vet and my girls are WAY off these charts!

My Kaia will be 5 months old this week and came in at 88 pounds! I knew she was a porker, just not quite how much of one!

My Sunny girl will be 19 months this week and she is 140, I have always thought she could stand to gain 15 or so pounds, she is VERY lean. She has great muscle, good bone and is very much the athelete.

We didn't take Yager (our Labradork) to the vet to get weighed because we didn't want to get yelled at again. . . I don't think the poor boy has lost any more weight, although we did manage to lose 1 pound last month.

***Kaia at almost 7 months came in at 119, Libby at 3.5 months was 57, Sunny hasn't been in a while.

***Libby just got home from her last shot, will be 4 months old Monday (I think?) and is 64.7 pounds.

***6/18/07 Sunny turned 2 yesterday and today she weighed in at 148.6.

***Libby was 6 months yesterday and today weighed 91.3 . . . still as scrawney as ever at almost 28".

It sure is nice to be able to look back and check your baby's progress.

My last weight post was about 5 weeks ago (Kaia was at the 5 month mark), now at 6 months she weighs in (today) at 116 pounds.

Libby terror puppy weighed in at 51.5 pounds and she turned 3 months last week. Libby looks scrawny to me, but then compaired to Kaia EVERYONE is scrawny!

Sunny & Yager didn't go, Sunny is in heat and too busy chasing Yager around the yard (we didn't tell him that his equipment doesn't work anymore, so he is still trying )!

I only had weights for Cider until she was a year old. At a year old, she was 137lbs.  A couple of weeks ago, I called my vet and filled in some gaps. At 20 months, she was 141, at 2years 3 months, she was 155, at 2 years 10 months, she was 170.

Giselle did she put on any height after the 20 month mark or has it all been filling out? My Sunny is right about the same as your girl, so I am curious!
